Lederer to address Fallbrook Democratic Club

With the 2008 Presidential Campaign moving into high gear following the California primary, the Fallbrook Democratic Club felt it was appropriate to take a lighthearted look at the presidency with an exciting and entertaining evening of presidential trivia with famed author, punster and radio personality Richard Lederer.

Perhaps best known for his many years hosting the acclaimed National Public Radio’s “A Way With Words,” Dr. Lederer will offer a treasury of fascinating facts about our American presidents, including their feats, fates, families and foibles.

Dr. Lederer has been elected International Punster of the Year, is a Golden Gavel winner and has been profiled in magazines as diverse as the New Yorker, People and the National Enquirer.

Dr. Lederer will be inscribing and signing his books at the meeting.

The meeting will be held Thursday, February 7, at 7 p.m. in the Fallbrook Public Utilities District (FPUD) board room, 990 East Mission Road.
