Events draw parents, students at San Onofre School

San Onofre School, one of two Fallbrook Union Elementary School District schools on Camp Pendleton, hosted two events for parents and students on January 23.

The first was a parent workshop focused on reading comprehension, taught by seventh and eighth grade English teacher Laura Herter.

With standing room only, parents learned about the various levels of comprehension their kindergarten through eighth grade students are expected to master.
