Foisy-Howard wed in Hawaii

Jeffrey Hisami Foisy and Samantha Lee Howard were married December 14, 2007, in Kauai, HI. Pastor Westley Elmore performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Forest and Glenda Howard of Yates Center, KS. The groom is the son of Richard and Michiko Foisy of Fallbrook, CA.

A luau reception followed the ceremony at the Kauai Sheraton.

The bride has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Kansas State University and is employed as senior graphic designer for the New Boston Creative Group. The groom has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, San Diego and is employed as a captain in the United States Army.

The couple met through a blind date arranged by mutual friends. They currently reside in Manhattan, KS, and plan to relocate to Georgia.
