Carlton Gardner

Carlton Gardner, 90, passed away February 24, 2008, in Vista, CA. He was born March 14, 1917, in Los Angeles.

Mr. Gardner served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII. He retired in 1977 after 40 years as freight agent for the Santa Fe Railroad.

He was a past master of Masonic Lodge #317 in Fallbrook.

Mr. Gardner was preceded in death by wife Elizabeth Jane Gardner and daughter Carolyn Jane Murthy. He is survived by daughter Mary E. Brigham, granddaughter Elizabeth M. Brigham and great-granddaughter Zoey M. B. McNamara, all of Westminster, MA.

A service with military honors will be held Friday, February 29, at 10:45 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery.
