FALLBROOK — The San Luis Rey chapter of National Charity League (NCL) presented eight local young women and honored them for their community service during an evening ceremony held May 20 at the Grand Tradition.
Guests were greeted by NCL President Lynn Sheffer. Emcee of the event was former Ticktocker and current Patroness Stacie Davis. Each young woman was individually recognized for her hours of community service. In addition, two special awards were presented.
The Senior Service Award for the most hours accrued by a Senior Ticktocker went to Hilary Smith with 278.25 hours. The Spirit of NC...
