Live Oak Elementary School had its first Flag Pole Assembly on September 5, during which the sixth-graders taught the students the Live Oak Cheer and introduced new staff members.
Sixth grade representative Sarah Foster led the school in the Pledge of Allegiance while Ms. Miller’s third grade class signed the pledge. Live Oak staff showed their school spirit by wearing their Falcon shirts.
Principal Lillian Perez and Student Council will hold monthly Flag Pole Assemblies on the first Friday of each month.
