Supervisors vacate Via Puerta Del Sol easements

The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to vacate road easements adjacent to Via Puerta Del Sol.

The supervisors’ 5-0 vote September 17 returns rights to those roadway portions to the owners of the five parcels, who will pay the approximate $2,500 processing cost.

When the property was developed, irrevocable offers of dedication were obtained from the property owners. The purpose of those easement dedications was to reserve a future right of way for the possible realignment and construction of Via Puerta Del Sol between Olive Hill Road and Valle Del Sol.
