Any woman interested in learning about the Daughters of Norway is invited to an informational meeting for a new lodge on Saturday, January 17, at 11 a.m. at the Rainbow Valley Grange hall, 2160 Rainbow Valley Blvd., in Rainbow.
The Daughters of Norway is a civic organization intent on promoting Norwegian culture, history and language. Any woman at least 13 years old and of Scandinavian birth or descent (or related to someone who is) is eligible to become a member.
