I appreciate the update

Thank you for printing the article “A mother says ‘thank you.’”

I was the first person on the scene of the accident, along with another woman who tried to help me get Jeannie out from under the car. We eventually got her out after two more gentlemen showed up. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of any of the other people who helped out.

It was a relief to find out that Jeannie survived the accident. I wrote a letter to her mother today letting her know that I appreciate the information on her son and daughter.
