FALLBROOK — Legacy Endowment…The Community Foundation recently donated $12,000 to REINS from the Elisabeth Wilson Endowment Fund.
Elisabeth Wilson had a passion for several causes. She wanted to leave money to her favorite charities but still wanted an income while she was alive. So, she worked with Legacy and her investment advisors and created a charitable remainder trust (CRT). Wilson received a quarterly income during her lifetime and then the CRT was converted into an endowment to benefit her favorite charities for generations to come.
