Kids help with playground design

Adam Arata of KaBOOM!, a nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC, chats with Sarah Kressin (left) and Trevor Rainwater (right) at the Ingold Unit of the Boys & Girls Clubs of North County on March 5. Arata asked the kids to draw pictures of their dream playgrounds, which will be incorporated into the design of a new play structure that will be built by volunteers on April 25 at the club.
