FALLBROOK — Although other towns have had to curtail or cancel plans for July 4, thanks to Arlyne Ingold the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance (FBA) is happy to announce that they will host an evening of fireworks, music and games to celebrate America’s independence. For the fifth year, the event will be held on the beautiful lakeside grounds of the Grand Tradition.
In addition to the fireworks spectacular, entry tickets will include a BBQ dinner, the opportunity for both children and adults to participate in games and races, a musical concert and more.
Upcoming editions of the Village News will have information on tickets, race registration and other activities. Tickets will go on sale May 1. To keep up with the latest plans for the event, to find out more about the FBA projects or to get involved, visit http://www.fallbrookbeautification.org.
The July 4 celebration is the sole fundraising event for the FBA in addition to providing a fantastic way to celebrate Independence Day. The monies raised are used by volunteers to refurbish Beech Street Park, clean town statues and murals, plant flowers along Main Avenue and refurbish the Mission medians. These projects and many others help beautify Fallbrook for residents and visitors alike. Alliance members look forward to spending July 4 with local families.
