Joanna Emmons and Morgan Sherman celebrated their marriage at the Prado in Balboa Park, San Diego, on November 8, 2009.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Christine Emmons of Laguna Nigel, and the groom is the son of Morey and Beverly Sherman of Fallbrook.

The maid of honor was Karen Plowey, the bride’s sister, and the best man was Morey Sherman, the groom’s father. The other bridesmaids were Tori (Sherman) Neitzel, Jenny Carson and Candace Schmelter. The other groomsmen were Brandon Flores, Ryan Neitzel and Bobby Plowey.

Joanna just completed nursing school and Morgan is a firefighter in Del Mar. The couple honeymooned in Australia and New Zealand and is living in San Diego.
