Trevor Cole stands by the results of his Eagle Scout project, the first installment of split rail fencing along the south end of Pico Promenade.
FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Beautification Alliance’s (FBA) goal to enhance the Pico Promenade (aka Pico Paths) has been given a big boost. Trevor Cole, of Troop 704, has set in place the first segment of split rail fencing as his Eagle Scout Project. Cole, with the help of his entire troop, 704, and assisted by 718, has made the first step toward the goal of fencing a four block segment of the pathway.
Jackie Heyneman, of the FBA and Save Our Forest (SOF/FLC), marveled at the depth of planning, organization and earnest effort that Trevor has put into this project.
