Reward offered in Vista hit and run case

VISTA – San Diego County Crime Stoppers is joining forces with the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department Vista detectives to help identify and apprehend the suspect responsible for a recent hit and run in Vista.

On December 28, 2009, at about 9:30 p.m., a 15-year-old male was struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the street in the crosswalk at E. Vista Way and Arcadia Avenue.
