Women invited to free educational workshop

ESCONDIDO – Advanced Metabolic Care + Research will offer a free workshop on Saturday, Jan. 16, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for women who are experiencing symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, mental fogginess, memory issues, weight gain, mood swings, irregular periods, depression and anxiety, low sex drive, premature aging of skin, hair loss or have had a hysterectomy.
