Grant from Morgan Stanley helps needy families

FALLBROOK – Morgan Stanley granted the Fallbrook Food Pantry $1500 to be spent at the Feeding America Food Bank in San Diego. The funds were used to purchase the staples necessary for the pantry to hand out balanced supplemental meals during the holidays.

The pantry hands out an average of 610 food issues each week during the year. During the November and December holiday period the pantry handed out approximately 690 food issues each week. The funds from Morgan Stanley helped cover the costs of the additional food items.
