Lozano said that its Premier Scheduling Program enables patients to be seen by their primary care physician in a timely and efficient manner. Likewise, it’s the first medical group in Southern California to institute the Electronic Medical Record system (EMR).

“The EMR system gives our physicians the ability to have patient records available at all times,” Lozano said. “In addition, with EMR, physicians can electronically prescribe medications to the local pharmacy, send referrals for outside service, and maintain records for the preventive health care needs of their patients.”

Graybill Medical Group offers two offices in Fallbrook. Its Main Avenue location, Lozano explained, concentrates on family medicine where patients can receive on-site diagnostic x-rays and mammograms. At the Elder Street location, patients can find Graybill’s internal medicine and obstetrics/gynecology practices.

“Our internal medicine office specializes in adult-age patients in areas of preventive care, management of chronic disease, and providing and coordinating in-patient hospital care,” Lozano said. “As primary care providers, internists excel in disease prevention and treat a wide range of illnesses ranging from the common cold to complex diseases such as heart and lung disease, diabetes, and cancer.”

The medical experts at Graybill work together to meet the medical needs of each and every patient.

Graybill is affiliated with both Fallbrook Hospital and Palomar Medical Center, offering patients an array of accessible medical services.

At its Escondido office, Lozano explained, patients can schedule ultrasounds, bone density tests, physical therapy, visit an ear, nose and throat specialist and meet with general surgeons.

“Graybill Medical Group places a strong emphasis in customer service in keeping our patients’ individual needs as our top priority,” said Lozano, noting that their patient satisfaction surveys and new patient courtesy calls are well-received.

Graybill has an impressive staff: 10 physicians and two mid-level providers in Fallbrook; 22 physicians and six mid-level providers in Escondido; and three physicians in San Marcos.
