Injury prevention seminar offered for seniors

ESCONDIDO – A free lecture series titled “Fall Injury Prevention: Tips, Tactics and Techniques for Reducing Fall Related Injuries” is on Tuesday, Feb. 16, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Las Villas del Norte Retirement Community.

The goal of this dynamic and interactive presentation is to reach, educate, motivate and provide services to people who are at risk for falls and fall-related injuries.
