Ahrend Studios' Cute Kids Contest is turning 21!

FALLBROOK – Ahrend Studios’ Cute Kids Contest continues to grow better with age. This year’s contest has new and returning business sponsors, 28 prizes to be awarded and a Grand Prize “People’s Choice” award. The winners will be announced in the Village News on June 17 and in the display window at Ahrend Studios.

Children from newborn to 10 years of age are eligible to enter. Each entry fee of $34.95 includes an indoor portrait session fee at Ahrend Studios, a participant’s trophy, four 4”x6” proof portraits and 20 percent discount on all additional prints.

Appointments are available now through May 22 by calling Ahrend Studios at (760) 728-7613. Coupons are available in the Coupon Corner of this newspaper. Value package coupons are available at the sponsor locations of Ahrend Studios, Sweet ‘n Sassy Children’s Clothing, The Sweet Sicilian, Swirlz Candy & Party Emporium, United Studios of Self Defense and the Yogurt Palace.

The People’s Choice award will be chosen from the votes cast at the sponsor locations during the weeks of May 25 through June 4. The prize package will consist of various gift certificates from the Cute Kids Contest sponsors. All community members are encouraged to vote for their favorite cute kid and their ballots will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift certificate from Ahrend Studios.

Additional prizes and gift certificates for winners in each of the categories will be provided by the sponsors. Ahrend Studios will be choosing two winners in each age contest, with the winners each receiving a $75 gift certificate.
