Ward's Jewelers closes store; assistance still available

BONSALL – George Ward, owner of Ward’s Jewelers, announced February 1 that he has closed his storefront jewelry store in Bonsall’s River Village shopping center, but will still be available to assist customers.

With a 55 year family history of running a full-service jewelry store, Ward said he is “reinventing” the business to be more service-oriented.

Ward said he will make himself available at Bonsall Postal & Imaging (next door to his old store location) in the month of February on Wednesdays from 3 to 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 3 to 4 p.m. to accommodate customers needing to drop off or pick up repair orders.
