Putting Fallbrook on the art map

The “Watercolor World” reception held Feb. 6 at the Fallbrook Art Center was wonderful, and the show beautiful. The quality and national recognition the watercolor event is getting should be such a source of pride for our community. Both the show and Fallbrook got high compliments from artist, teacher and jurist Frank Webb.
