Women can learn self defense at free workshop

FALLBROOK – A free women’s self defense workshop is being given by United Studios of Self Defense on March 21 at 2:30 p.m. at its studio in the Major Market shopping center. The staff will be teaching self defense techniques that are basic and effective. Principles such as move, yell, strike, escape, leave and find help will be the main focus in the two hour and thirty minute class.
