FALLBROOK – Many welcomed local candidates at the March Democratic Club. The forum was led with a discussion on the impending Liberty Quarry by Fallbrook resident Laurenn Barker followed by several candidates’ speeches, including Howard Katz for U.S. Congress, Paul Clay for California Senate, Douglas Dye for State Assembly and Fabio Marchi for Board of Supervisors.
