Ladies learn about self defense

Several of us, ranging from seniors to teenage girls, attended a free self defense lesson on March 21 in Fallbrook at the United Studios of Self Defense. I was surprised there weren’t more people there, especially following the recent murders of two teenage girls. The instructors were patient and we learned many ways to defend ourselves. All this helps give us confidence knowing we have ways to protect ourselves and lessen our likelihood of being a victim.

Beware you villains… there are now some very able women in Fallbrook who have some very interesting moves to practice on you!
