Those who testified helped get rate extended

On March 25, 2010, the San Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors voted to extend the Special Agricultural Water Rate (SAWR) for two additional years—through December 31, 2012—leaving in place a rate differential valued at approximately $5 million annually to agricultural customers in the Authority’s jurisdiction.
