Camp Aware offered May 1

BONSALL – The Stream, a non-profit educational corporation, which is a spiritual community and teaching organization, will offer Camp Aware on Saturday, May 1 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Camp Aware is structured to help families “identify their vision” and provide them with a mutually supportive environment where kids and parents can experience peace and relaxation while working together. Youth can express their creativity through music, singing and movement and be part of a community of peers who empower each other.

Participants are divided into age-appropriate groups; parents meet separately and join the youth during the opening and closing of the event.

Camp Aware is co-led by Ann Brennan, M.A., a certified teacher, and Helen Hillix-Di Santo, MFT, a marriage and family therapist.

The event is free of charge, with a suggested donation of $5 to cover the cost of materials. To RSVP, contact Ann Brennan at (619) 733-7808.
