Free diabetes class April 22

FALLBROOK – A free diabetes class will be offered on Thursday, April 22, from 4:30 to 6 pm. The location is at Fallbrook Hospital in the education department classroom located in the Wellness Center Building on the second floor. The Wellness Center is located off Brandon St. and has its own parking lot.

Topics to be covered include diet and nutrition, blood sugar testing, activity, medications and the prevention of complications. This class is targeted for individuals newly diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes or who would like a refresher. A family member is welcome to attend as well.
