Thank you Fallbrook Hospice

I would like to thank all of the wonderful people from the Fallbrook Hospice who cared for my husband during his long confinement, especially Sharon Gilmore, .R.N. and Susan Mole, C.N.A.

They always managed to bring cheer and a smile to Harold. They made both of us feel like they were part of our family and not just caregivers who were in and out quickly.

I can’t begin to adequately express my thanks for all of the physical and moral support we were given from everyone in this wonderful organization.

The people of Fallbrook should feel extremely grateful to have them here.
