Funds need for vet care for service dog

Help is needed to pay the remaining balance of a veterinary bill for a four year old German shepherd service assistance dog that passed away after requiring emergency surgery last week.

The dog’s owner, Elaine Smith of Fallbrook, needed the dog for walking assistance and is on a very limited income. The smallest donation will be so appreciated.
