Heyneman and Ricci recognized for being outstanding citizens

Heyneman is an active volunteer with the Fallbrook Beautification Alliance and Fallbrook Land Conservancy, while Ricci is an employee of Fallbrook High School who supports students involved with Fallbrook Rotary youth programs.
