North County residents have benefited greatly from Supervisor Bill Horn’s leadership in many ways including ensuring San Diego County’s AAA bond rating and improving public safety.

As a community volunteer in unincorporated Fallbrook, I appreciate that he understands the importance of helping non-profit organizations with funding for which there is no other funding source.
