FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Connections Networking has announced that the first Hot Summer Nites event for the 2010 season will be held Friday, June 11 from 5 p.m. until sundown in historic downtown.
This event will feature sports cars and live music provided by the band, LastOneDone, food, a wine and beer garden, and fun for the whole family.Members of classic and exotic car clubs are scheduled to turn out for the event with Ferraris, Porsches, Cobras, Maseratis, Vipers and much more. Those individuals not affiliated with clubs are welcome to bring their classic or sport cars also. Trophies will be presented in three different categories – Judge’s Choice, Best Sports Car, and Best Club Effort.
During the event, Main Avenue is closed to through traffic from Fig to Ivy streets for safety and ease of viewing.
Admission is free so bring the whole family; no pets please. There is plenty of parking behind the Fallbrook Art & Cultural Center and on side streets. Streets will be closed at 4.30 p.m. so arrive early, particularly those who wish to display a car.
