New owners focus on quality customer service at Fallbrook Meineke Econo Lube N' Tune

FALLBROOK – Now known as Fallbrook Meineke Econo Lube N’ Tube, the business features new owners that have created a top-notch support staff guaranteed to please customers. Local residents David Schutte and T.K. Russell have purchased the business and have dedicated themselves to building an automotive center that customers will be very satisfied with.

“When customers walk in, they will meet J.C. Calloway, who is our automotive center manager,” said Russell and Schutte.

Calloway said he understands the importance of customer service.

Callaway said his goal is to make sure customers understand they are treasured, as the shop wishes to cultivate loyalty.

Russell said the shop’s new lead mechanic, Sean C. Medbury, “is National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified and is the only technician in Fallbrook who is state certified for smog, brakes, and lamp. Medbury, formerly of Ray’s Insta-Tune, is onboard and ready to give your vehicle the best professional diagnostic, service, and repair in town.” Those rounding out the mechanical crew are Christian Bustamonte, Jaime Diaz, and Kevin Hutchison.

“They are here to treat your vehicle right and make you a customer for life,” added Russell.

With the center now known as a complete car care center, Russell and Schutte said they feel residents will find it convenient and very price competitive for their mechanical needs.

Russell said a variety of options are given to the customer regarding a repair - from the simple and least expensive to the ultimate with original manufacturer’s parts.
