Two-year-old falls from window

A two-year-old boy sustained life-threatening injuries Saturday afternoon, June 19 when he fell from a second story window of his family’s home.

Emergency responders responded to the residence, located in the Lake Rancho Viejo housing development in Fallbrook, after receiving a 911 call from the boy’s mother at approximately 4:30 p.m.

“No one at the scene knew exactly what happened,” said John Buchanan, public information officer for North County Fire.
