Vehicle overturns on Fallbrook Street

Today at 11:47 am, an accident was reported to the CHP at the intersection of Fallbrook St. and Mission R.

A vehicle was overturned blocking the westbound lane of Fallbrook St. in the intersection at Mission Rd. According to the California Highway patrol there were minor injuries. It is unknown at this time whether another vehicle was involved.

According to North County Fire Public Information Officer John Buchannan, a 60-year-old male, self-extricated himself from the vehicle and was transported to Fallbrook Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries....
