Diabetics invited to free workshop

ESCONDIDO – Advanced Metabolic Care and Research invites Type I and Type II diabetics or those diagnosed as pre-diabetic to a free workshop on Saturday, July 10, from 9 to 11 a.m.

Speaker will be Janice Baker, MBA, RD, CDE, CNSC, registered dietitian and certificated educator. Topics will include diabetes essentials, nutrition and meal planning, lifestyle management, and reducing the risk of complications. Time will also be reserved for questions and answers.
