National Charity League presents graduating seniors

FALLBROOK – The San Luis Rey Chapter of National Charity League has presented the organization’s graduating class of 2010. These girls, known as Ticktockers, have been involved with National Charity League for six years and have provided more than 4,600 collective hours of community service to North San Diego County.
