Bonsall Rotarian receives Service Above Self Award

BONSALL – Joe Bill Carter is the first Bonsall Rotarian to receive the Service Above Self Award. Carter, a local Century 21 Realtor, is currently on leave from the club but has continued to volunteer with the Fallbrook Union High School student of the month program and coordinate the wine and beer companies for the club’s annual Wine, Brews and Blues Festival. More than 80 wineries and breweries were recruited by Carter’s committee.
