The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to recertify a segment of South Mission Road for radar enforcement.
The supervisors’ 5-0 vote June 23 allows the 50 mph speed limit on that portion of South Mission Road to continue to be enforced by radar readings. The segment of South Mission Road approved for recertification covers 1.67 miles from 860 feet south of Pepper Tree Lane to Green Canyon Road.
