Meals on Wheels to the rescue

I was recently incapacitated for two weeks as a result of surgery and was unable to get out of my house. I contacted the Fallbrook Senior Center about Meals on Wheels and every day, without fail, for two weeks, I received a healthy, tasty, nutritious meal that included a hearty portion of meat, chicken, or fish (one day it was delicious shrimp); a small salad; vegetables; milk; and a dessert. All for $3.50 delivered to the door.
