Healthy Woman event focuses on holistic health

FALLBROOK – Dr. Bjorn Nordstrom and Dr. Thomas Yarema will present “Holistic Health –Mind, Body and Spirit” at the Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out event on Thursday, July 29.

This free event will be hosted by New Prosperity & Health from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 E. Mission Road, and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Bring a canned food item to assist the Fallbrook Food Pantry in helping those in need.
