President's gavel is passed at 'demotion' party

FALLBROOK – Outgoing Rotary Club of Fallbrook President Tom Koehler handed the club’s gavel to incoming president Larry Rothacher at the annual Demotion Party held at the Pala Mesa Resort. Following the expected hazing of the outgoing president, all the past presidents lined up and passed the gavel along from the oldest to the current, Koehler, who handed it off to Rothacher.
