PC Users Group offers Internet safety tips

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook PC Users Group invites everyone to attend a presentation on “The Internet: How Safe Are You?” on Thursday, August 12 at 6 p.m. at Fallbrook Public Utility District, 990 East Mission Road.

Practical information, tips, and tools to improve one’s online safety will be provided by David Brenner, PMP, who has been building Web sites and enterprise eCommerce solutions for over 14 years. He will make his presentation on how to stay safe on the Internet, from his home, in McKinney, Texas.

Topics will include email, instant messaging, Web browsing and wireless security. There will be a time for questions and answers as well as refreshments.
