Village Rotary visited by District Governor

FALLBROOK – The new Rotary District Governor and Fallbrook resident, Dave Breeding, presented a program at Fallbrook Village Rotary Club’s meeting on Aug. 3. This is one of the first times, if ever, that District 5340 has had a District Governor from Fallbrook.

“It is a distinct honor to have Mr. Breeding as our District Governor,” Village Rotary Past President Steve Achard said.
