Fitness Fusion celebrates National Dance Day

FALLBROOK – At the Fallbrook Community Center, Fitness Fusion participants had a fabulous time hip-hopping, laughing, and sharing the joy of dance and fitness in celebration of National Dance Day which was recognized with an official act of Congress on July 31.

National Dance Day was designed to empower, challenge and inspire people of all ages to try various styles of dance ranging from hip-hop to ballroom to anything that moves. It encouraged people across the U.S. to dance as a means to stay fit and be healthy.
