Muriel A. "Candi" Ryan

Muriel A. “Candi” Ryan, 61, of Stafford County, VA, formerly of Fallbrook, Calif., died on Tuesday, August 10, 2010 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C.

Ms. Ryan attended Green Mountain College in Vermont and received a Bachelors Degree in nursing from Columbia University. After retiring as a Lt. Commander from the US Navy she worked as a Registered Nurse at Mary Washington Hospital. Ms. Ryan volunteered many hours with the North Stafford High School Marching Band and Bob McDonnell’s gubernatorial campaign.
