Zales takes over as BWC president

BONSALL – Bonsall Woman’s Club President Cheryl Zales, an 11-year member of the club, begins her term with next month’s meeting. After a 20-year Army career, she retired as a lieutenant colonel before settling in Bonsall with her retired Marine Corps husband. Besides serving as musical director for numerous theater companies, Zales is the choir director at Christ the King Lutheran Church and sings with the San Luis Rey Chorale.
