Home from Dubai: Karavatos performs poetry Sept. 9

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook’s Writers Read will present Home from Dubai: the Poetry of Nicholas Karavatos on Thursday, Sept. 9 at 6 p.m., at the Café des Artistes.

Writers Read, a free monthly gathering of writers and readers, is pleased to host Karavatos, a Californian and assistant professor of English at the American University of Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

The public is invited to hear Karavatos’ singular voice at Fallbrook’s Café des Artistes, 103 S. Main Avenue. The Café opens at 5:30 p.m. with a special reading supper menu.
