FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Republican Women Federated will resume regular meetings beginning September 10 when two important speakers will be featured.
The first will be Kenneth Munson, Lt. Col., USAF, Ret., who will introduce the Wounded Warriors Farm, a 501C3 project. The farm, a real working farm in Fallbrook, is an off-base work assignment for those assigned to the Camp Pendleton Wounded Warrior Battalion. Typical farm activities include building a tool shed, a corral for a couple of ponies, or a goat pen.
Bonsall resident and business owner, Michael Strain, will be reviewing the California Propositions on November’s ballot. He will discuss their backgrounds and likely affects. Strain was elected to the San Diego County Central Committee for the 66th District for the coming term.
The meeting will be held at the club’s new location, the San Luis Rey Downs Golf course, in the Banquet Room, at 9:30 a.m. The address is 31474 Golf Club Drive, Bonsall.
Attendees are asked to bring a small stuffed animal for children in distress at Camp Pendleton. For cost, reservations or questions, call Gloria at (760) 728-3875 or email [email protected].
